- Oversee both front and backofhouse operations including wait staff and kitchen crew.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
- Develop strategies for improving our customerss dining experience.
- Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies goods and cleaning products.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
- Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste decrease costs and improve profits.
- Manage the work schedules of our restaurants staff.
- Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.
- Educating staff about potential food allergies and how to make customers aware of these ingredients. Interacting with guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service.
Other Responsibilities
- Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Attend all briefings meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- The spirit responsibility and flexibility of duty shifts according to the Managers assignment.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
Qualifications :
High school education
Good oral proficiency in the English language
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
