We are experiencing hypergrowth. In 2023 our headcount tripled and expansion to 5000 employees is already on the horizon. Critical to our success is ensuring that the General Manager (GM) can focus on strategic priorities while operational and administrative needs are handled seamlessly.
As an Executive Assistant youll play a vital role in managing daytoday activities streamlining processes and executing special projects to ensure the GMs efficiency and productivity.
What does the job involve
- Schedule Management: Proactively manage the GMs calendar to ensure alignment with priorities.
- Correspondence and Communication: Handle internal and external communications including email management and maintaining contact lists.
- Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements accommodations and event logistics.
- Project Coordination: Support special projects from research and planning to implementation and followup.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas take minutes and track followups to completion.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain tools to track key initiatives and provide regular updates to the GM on progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with outstanding academic performance.
- 3 years in an Executive Assistant Operations Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Calendar)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for professionalism in clientfacing correspondence.
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills (including crossfunctional collaboration).
- Strong internal and external business development acumen.
