- Develop and maintain corporate business accounts with a minimum volume of 1 million USD annually.
- Conduct monthly review meetings with corporate clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and convert new corporate accounts (NCA) to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client data track performance and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Plan and execute daily tasks including scheduling and attending business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends competitors and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Report on sales performance and pipeline progress to the management team regularly.
Requirements
- Must hold a degree from a recognized university.
- BBA or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 34 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Experience handling corporate accounts with substantial annual revenue volumes.
- Experience working with travel agencies or airlines is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and analyze client data.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies market trends and corporate travel needs.
- Familiarity with Lagos geography for efficient business planning and client engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Wellorganized with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
