Job Description
Our client is a leading producer of fragrance and they are looking to hire an energetic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join the dynamic team in expanding the brands presence in the fragrance market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for perfumes a deep understanding of customer service and a proven track record in sales within the beauty or fragrance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including department stores specialty boutiques and other retail outlets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our fragrance lines to provide expert advice and promote our products effectively.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor activities and sales data to adapt sales tactics and strategies accordingly.
Training and Development: Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of product knowledge and customer service standards.
Visual Merchandising: Oversee the presentation of our products in retail environments to ensure brand consistency and attractiveness.
Event Management: Plan and execute instore events product launches and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Requirements
- A bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
