Job Description

Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance support and analysis of our HR systems including our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other related applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and support HR systems including HRIS performance management and timeoff management systems.

2. Analyze HR data to identify trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions.

3. Develop and generate reports to support HR and business initiatives including compliance reporting.

4. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement solutions using HR systems.

5. Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other stakeholders on HR systems.

6. Ensure HR systems and data are compliant with relevant laws regulations and company policies.

7. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate HR systems with other business applications.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.

2. 2 years of experience in HRIS analysis or a related field.

3. HRIS experience preferably with Workday Oracle or similar systems.

4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
