Job Overview:
The HRIS Analyst will manage and analyze human resources information systems (HRIS) data ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records. This role involves troubleshooting system issues generating reports and collaborating with HR teams to enhance HR processes through technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- System Optimization: Analyze HRIS functionality identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and adhoc reports for HR leadership utilizing data to provide insights on workforce trends metrics and compliance.
- User Support and Training: Provide support to HR staff and other users regarding HRIS functionalities including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions as needed.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and platforms.
- Compliance: Stay updated on relevant HR regulations and compliance issues ensuring that HRIS practices align with legal standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS management data analysis or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors ADP) and strong Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
