This role is in our People Insights team that sits within our larger GP organization. Our People Insights team plays a critical role in making our talent data an asset to drive insights to action. Role:
As the Supervisor HRIS Data Operations leader you will be overseeing our Tier 1 People Insights Data and Reporting Services team to ensure timely and quality delivery to our stakeholders. People Insights Product services include: reporting security and system access data auditing data & transaction management and metric support. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and quality support build and manage scalable stable and efficient data management & governance processes and upskill and manage team members to support business data needs.
