HR Business Partner Opportunity
Location: Salford Office with travel to other locations in the North West
Salary:this includes car allowance
Hours: Fulltime 8am 5pm
Flexible Working: Up to 2 days per week working from home
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This role is based in Salford but involves occasional travel to other offices so a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Our client is an awardwinning property services company specialising in repairs & maintenance
Key parts to the role
- Support managers with employee relations (disciplinary grievance performance absence) organisational change and TUPE.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and identify improvements.
- Assist with recruitment plans talent management and succession planning. (There is an internal team to)
- Develop strong working relationships with Trade Union partners.
About You
- CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable) and strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Proven experience in employee relations and TUPE.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with managers employees and Trade Unions.
- Driving licence and vehicle required with business use insurance
