Your mission is to transform how we deliver our customer support experience to build a globally scalable and costeffective model for our future.
The role is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. With over 15 million happy customers were already moving more than 9 billion a month and have more than 2500 people in our operations functions across the US Estonia Hungary and Singapore and 800 in Product and engineering. We serve a wide range of customers from personal users freelancers small businesses to enterprise businesses and banks.
You will be one of the first members of the newly setup function that creates a bridge between Product and Engineering and Operations teams. This new function sits in our Business Operations organisation and will be responsible for running large scale transformational projects that impact multiple functions in our servicing organisation.
Heres how youll do:
- Define the top Product and operational initiatives for our Servicing Tribe and secure executive sponsorship to execute them.
- Create governance and drive project execution of largescale multidimensional projects across our servicing product and operations teams.
- You will be involved in various aspects of a project including product discovery solution design and technical and operational implementation.
- Define the blueprint and strategy of the programme management and build up the team of programme managers.
- Run sidebyside sessions with Ops agents review cases and customer contacts to gain insights and build business cases for both Product and operational solutions accordingly.
- Youll work closely with partners in Product Engineering and Operations teams across Customer Support KYC FinCrime and Payment Operations. Youll drive automation process improvements and outsourcing projects.
- Youll clearly define success and evaluate progress using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Qualifications :
A bit about you:
6 years of project or programme management
Proven track record managing complex multiphase projects using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies. Program Delivery: Expertise in managing complex multiphase projects using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
Alternatively youve built products at scale. Youve worked on products with thousands or even millions of users navigating the complexity of both product and organisation.
You can influence people without authority
Skilled in creating highquality project plans breaking down tasks mapping dependencies and identifying the critical path to launch.
Youre handson.You excel as a playercoach switching effortlessly between being an individual contributor and leading a wider team. Whether its diving deep into data analysis design or regulations you have a superpower as an individual contributor.
Governance & Risk Management: Proven ability to manage risks and ensure project governance.
Compliance: Focus on achieving results while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Expertise in resolving challenges making impactful decisions and acting autonomously.
Decision Making & Problem Solving: Strong decisionmaking skills and expertise in overcoming complex challenges.
Youre datadriven. You know how to gather and interpret data to identify opportunities and measure impact. You can inspire others by telling compelling stories with data.
