Job Description
HireNow Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Critical Care to oversee the overall operations of the Critical Care Unit in Wilson NC. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of highquality patientcentered care while managing clinical and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage critical care unit operations.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and optimize workflows.
- Oversee staffing resource allocation and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous performance improvement efforts.
Requirements
MustHaves:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
- 5 years of managerial experience in acute/critical care.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina or Multistate.
- Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.
NiceToHaves:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations accreditation standards and best practices in critical care.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
