Job Description

Wolt part of DoorDash (NASDAQ:DASH) is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in building our business in Estonia. Were looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with some of our largest restaurant and retail partners in the region. Join us in our global mission to empower and grow local economies!

Youre excited about this opportunity because you will

  • Develop and foster partner relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels of large national brands.
  • Analyze and identify performance improvement opportunities with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience for Wolts end customers.
  • Understand the needs and wants of partners prioritize them internally by impact on the business and work to cocreate solutions with crossfunctional teams.
  • Engage partners in strategic conversations about expansion and growth (i.e. adding more venues increasing sales expanding with new brands etc.).
  • Support the rollout of new product and service opportunities to broaden partnership depth and increase partner revenue streams (e.g. advertising).
  • Support the development and execution of comarketing campaigns to promote the partnership drive sales and increase visibility across multiple channels (social media OOH etc.).

Qualifications :

Were excited about you because you...

  • Have fluency in Estonian and Russian with business proficiency in English.
  • Are skilled in analytics tools (Google Sheets Excel Looker SQL etc.) to identify root causes build insights and present your findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Have a proven track record in business development and/or account management including driving engagements and negotiations with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Are a selfstarter with a strong bias to action and a reliable team player who takes ownership to deliver results on time.
