We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team.
Manager Workforce Planning & Internal mobility is responsible for developing the workforce planning & internal mobility approach concept and process globally within Konecranes. This is a key role to ensure we are able to plan and forecast future talent needs across different businesses and competencies in the markets we operate in while driving further internal mobility & career opportunities for our existing employees. Ultimately workforce planning supports the successful execution of business strategies. To enable this you will be focusing on following key activities:

You will be a part of our Global Talent Acquisition Competence Center (CoE) team and working in close collaboration with our BA/BU HR business leaders and other internal stakeholders such as finance strategy team and IT.
