About this job:
In view of the large investment planned to expand and modernize Consumer Panel Services (CPS) at European and Global level this is role is pivotal in growth strategy and focused on client acquisition new client activation and penetration of Consumer Intelligence services.
The CPS Senior Sales Account will be part of the CPS Italian team and will be connected with the European community of CPS Sales accounts. The role reports directly to the Iberia CPS Leader.
Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential
Your responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Development Team to drive penetration in existing NielsenIQ clients who do not buy into CPS services
- Build close relationships with clients turning relationships from adhoc projects into ongoing contracts
- Target/penetrate new clients open/participate/win client RFPs as well as Seek out new opportunities with nonNielsenIQ clients showing a proactive noreactive approach
- Identify business needs at the client perform client briefings and upsell to clients with additional opportunities
- Ensure client business needs are covered and we can help clients optimize their marketing strategies
- Accurate forecasting and building of the financial pipeline and hitting commercial targets for your area ensuring accurate cooperation with Customer Success and CPS delivery teams
- Contribute to Deploy & Develop Consumer Panel culture at clients and within NielsenIQ commercial team
- Collaborate with our production & delivery teams to ensure we are delivering against requirements
Your profile:
- You are an achiever a salesperson that enjoys conquering market share and win new clients
- You are outgoing collaborative openminded problem solver and oriented to teamwork
- You are eager to grow in terms of commercial acumen and negotiation skills leveraging your CPS background
- You are comfortable thinking on your feet and turning complex business needs into actionable business outcomes
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience in FMCG sector
- Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge and use of Sales Tools (SalesForce Salesloft LinkedIn Navigator)
- Proven experience successfully meeting sales revenues and targets for area or product line
- Strong engagement and communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced team environment
- Strategic mind for generating new sales and experience in group presentations and proposal writing
