David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.
Position: Customer Service Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona Spain

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact potential clients using various channels (phone email)
- Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
- Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner
- Place outbound calls when required
- Quote creation and follow up
- Use upselling/crossselling technics to maximise revenue
- Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
- Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
- Answer and deal with customer post sales requests
- Coverorder cancellations claims management order and delivery followup refund requests and escalations using multiple tools such asCRM & Order Status Suite.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in French both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone email)
- Knowledge of sales techniques (up/crossselling objection handling etc.)
- Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
- Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
- Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise negotiate and persuade
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time.
