Who Were Looking For

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales team in Madrid. In this role you will be responsible for the optimization and management of Salesforce including sales forecasting territory assignments and system integrations. You will work closely with our global sales team and report directly to the Director of Global Sales Operations. Youll play an important role in supporting the launch of our GenAI and SaaS services including the Bigdata platform.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Architecture & Optimization

  • Oversee the technical roadmap and continuous optimization of Salesforce ensuring robust data integrity and streamlined workflows.

  • Manage territory and account assignments within Salesforce to align with gotomarket strategies.

  • Partner with Sales Operations to assess and implement sales tools (e.g. CPQ forecasting) for enhanced efficiency.


Sales Tools Integration & Management

  • Integrate and manage sales tools (e.g. CPQ forecasting territory planning) with Salesforce to streamline operations and boost sales team effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure that all sales tools are fully integrated and optimized for performance.


Forecasting & Sales Planning

  • Support sales leadership by providing accurate sales forecasts and insights using Salesforce data.

  • Work with leadership and Sales Operations to develop frameworks for territory design capacity planning and quota allocation.


Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in Salesforce to enhance processes and automate for improved sales productivity.

  • Integrate relevant APIs ETL tools and other software solutions to reduce manual work and improve data flows.


Data Governance & Analytics

  • Implement data governance practices to ensure highquality consistent sales data across Salesforce.

  • Create and manage automated Salesforce reports and dashboards for insights on sales performance pipeline health and conversion rates.


CrossFunctional Alignment & Support

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing IT and Legal to ensure data flows lead routing and account assignments align with business strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA) in all Salesforce systems and data handling practices.

Requirements

Salesforce Experience

  • 3 years of handson Salesforce administration experience including system optimization integrations and sales forecasting.

  • Expertise in Salesforce administration including report creation dashboard management and sales forecasting.

  • Experience with Salesforce integration including thirdparty tools (e.g. CPQ forecasting).


Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of data governance and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce.

  • Ability to implement automated reporting and dashboards within Salesforce to drive business intelligence.

  • Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills

  • Proven ability to analyze sales data develop actionable insights and support sales planning through Salesforce.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Specialist and crossfunctional teams to align on CRM and sales strategies.

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to present insights to leadership and crossfunctional teams.
