Job Description

As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal state and accreditor regulations helping to shape policies and processes that drive institutional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply regulations to develop policies and procedures that ensure compliance across our institutions.
- Collaborate with teams across operations campuses and regulatory entities to implement and communicate program changes.
- Provide expert regulatory guidance to support marketing operations and leadership teams.
- Monitor compliance performance and execute riskmitigation strategies in highimpact areas.
- Represent Adtalem in professional organizations and regulatory discussions.
- Analyze evolving regulatory landscapes to assess impact and ensure organizational readiness.
- Train and mentor colleagues on compliance policies and best practices.
- Develop reports and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $49199 and $86253. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
