Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Ecommerce Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize our online business operations. The role involves managing supplier relationships inventory and logistics while ensuring seamless system integration between Zoho Books and Shopify. You will be responsible for driving sales growth maintaining compliance and developing efficient workflows to support scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source suppliers and products
  • Placing orders with suppliers supplier negotiations communication imports and shipping
  • Manage inbound and outbound orders negotiating contracts with carriers and ensuring costeffective reliable delivery schedules.
  • Photography and videography coordination
  • Product listings creation
  • Promotions PPC campaigns etc.
  • Marketplace account management
  • Resolve account and customer queries
  • Product returns
  • Compile and send daily weekly monthly reports required by management
  • Data entry and administration
  • Inventory management
  • Pricing products and competitor pricing research
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with inventory operations to track inventory valuation and costs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across Zoho Books and Shopify ensuring system synchronization.
  • Monitor stock levels forecast needs and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Optimize inventory processes to reduce costs and improve turnover.
  • Ensure accurate SKU setup product categorization and inventory tracking on Shopify.
  • Oversee daily business operations; ensuring workflows between Zoho Books and Shopify are seamless.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely procurement and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory order fulfillment and system integration.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
  • Support scalability efforts by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in operations
  • Manage tasks including tracking progress reporting and ensuring targets are met.
  • Any other task assigned by manager
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers service providers and other partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify new opportunities and establish partnerships that align with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the companys growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 year practical experience in the ecommerce field
  • Type speed minimum 50 words per minute
  • Computer literate. Proficient in MS office email ERP
  • Age limit: 19 to 30
  • Demonstrate previous work achievements
  • Must be highly proficient in English.
  • Exceptional verbal written and proposal skills with a proven record of accomplishment of quickly producing highquality submissions.
  • Experience in business development sales B2B filed or a related role within the retail industry.
  • Knowledge in SEO keywords graphics Amazon FBA
  • Knowledge in international shipping logistics and customs tariffs
  • Knowledge in developing and executing email marketing campaigns including segmentation targeting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools to track and manage business development activities.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Timings and location

  • Remote working
  • Monday to Saturday 9 hours daily
  • 11am to 4pm 5 hours fixed time
  • Remaining 4 hours at a flexible time
  • Be willing to work overtime when there are deadlines or an increase in work
