Job Description
- 2 4 years of experience.
- Configuration and upgradation of Windows Mac and Linux OS laptops.
- Installation and configuration of software developmentrelated applications and tools like Visual Studio SQL Outlook and VPN clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops.
- Basic Knowledge of LAN WAN and WiFi Infrastructure.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Office 365 SQL databases and other software or applications.
- Must provide support to all end users either internal or external.
- Knowledge about asset management.
- Mange Meeting room Projector setup Calling Device.
- Manage Network Infrastructure.
- Handling access control CCTV
Additional Note: 5 days a week work from office.
Qualifications :
Bachelor s Degree
