Job Role:
As a Key Accounts Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the companys key accounts. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Understand their needs and requirements
Provide excellent customer service and support
Resolve any issues or concerns they may have
2. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue from key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
3. Sales Execution:
Lead negotiations and secure deals with key accounts
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve targets
4. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor key account performance and identify areas for improvement
Analyze sales data and provide insights to the management team
Implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and retention
5. Ecommerce and Digital Sales:
Have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital sales strategies
Work closely with the digital marketing team to drive online sales
Monitor and analyze digital sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
MBA from a good BSchool
45 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the FMCG industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital sales strategies
