Job Description
Industry: Pharma
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Manage the full procurement cycle from supplier identification and onboarding to purchase order processing (including MRPbased orders and nonstock POs) and goods receipt confirmation
- Maintain accurate records in SAP including price verification and supplier document updates
- Resolve supplier issues escalating as needed
- Support system deviations prepare reports and ensure timely completion of SAP workflows and purchasing info records
- Manage CMO POs and goods receipts including document attachment
- Act as backup to the purchasing coordinator during absence
- Work closely with the SC department and other departments to ensure effective communication
What skills do you need
- Diploma or ALevel education with supply chain experience
- Pharma/GDP/SAP experience is advantageous
- Excellent English communication (Maltese a plus)
- Detailoriented and accurate
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and collaborative
- Able to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines
- Organized proactive and a team player
- Willing to provide purchasing coordinator backup
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
