Responsibilities:
- Provide 1stlevel IT support via phone email chat and selfservice portal
- Assist employees with system operations and troubleshooting
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues remotely
- Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system
- Use internal knowledge databases for efficient issue resolution
- Collaborate with 2ndlevel support teams and external providers
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) both written and spoken
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support ideally in a large company environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Office 365 MS Teams
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Analytical mindset and problemsolving skills
- High customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
