- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing client relationships
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decisionmaking
- Support the creation and management of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital platforms
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts budgets and resource allocation plans

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management.
- 23 years of experience in sales and marketing roles with a track record of success
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and datadriven decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Indepth knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer focus and relationshipbuilding skills
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
