Job Summary:
We are seeking a highperforming Investment Director to join our clients team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the private equity and investments industry with at least 8 years of experience.
As a key member of their team you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing their investment portfolio identifying new investment opportunities and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a local Thai professional who is wellversed in the Thai market and investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage investment activities including sourcing evaluating and executing investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors stakeholders and industry partners.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the private equity and investment sectors.
- Oversee the due diligence process for potential investments including financial analysis risk assessment and valuation.
- Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and achieve longterm growth.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the investment portfolio providing regular updates and reports to senior management and investors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure effective execution of investment transactions.
- Stay updated on regulatory and market developments in Thailand and internationally ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 8 years experience in the private equity and investments industry.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CFA) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful investment management and deal execution.
- Strong financial analysis valuation and due diligence skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Thai investment landscape and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding and networking abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Must be a local Thai professional with fluency in Thai and English.
