Provide process recommendation(s) based on the QA top drivers
Recommend implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Compile and analyze QA data for TNA historical data and forecasting
Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Competencybased training ASSURE and GROWbased Coaching (preferred but not required)
Conduct regular audits of patient demographic data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Review medication refill data ensuring correct patient details prescriptions and dosage information are entered.
Read interpret and verify clinical notes to ensure alignment with patient data and entries.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and relevant local laws in the handling of patient data.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching is a plus.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365: Excel PPT MS Word Power Automate / Apps (preferred)
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry within a healthcare setting particularly focused on patient demographics medication refills and clinical notes.
Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding practices.
