Job Description
Task Descriptions:
- Review and audit recorded communications (transaction)
- Provide process recommendation(s) based on the QA top drivers
- Recommend implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Compile and analyze QA data for TNA historical data and forecasting
- Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Competencybased training ASSURE and GROWbased Coaching (preferred but not required)
- Conduct regular audits of patient demographic data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review medication refill data ensuring correct patient details prescriptions and dosage information are entered.
- Read interpret and verify clinical notes to ensure alignment with patient data and entries.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and relevant local laws in the handling of patient data.
Other Skills Required
- No Behavioral or attendance issues within the last 6 months
- No IRs within the last year
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching is a plus.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365: Excel PPT MS Word Power Automate / Apps (preferred)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry within a healthcare setting particularly focused on patient demographics medication refills and clinical notes.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding practices.
