Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (M&E):
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
- Conduct cost estimation and analysis for tenders.
- Provide guidance on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
- Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Assess completed work and process progress claims.
- Monitor and document project variations that may impact costs.
- Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
- Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the department
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying Building or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in residential and industrial projects.
- Strong interest in fields such as Engineering Construction Telecommunications and Investments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of Singapores workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4500 VB (1 2 Months)
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5:45pm
