Drive Cost Efficiency Lead Contracts Manage APAC Projects
What Youll Do:
Pre & Post Contract Management Handle contract negotiation variations claims & dispute resolution.
Cost Control & Budgeting Ensure projects stay on budget with accurate forecasting.
Procurement & Tendering Oversee bids contractor selection & costeffective procurement.
Team Leadership Mentor QS teams & collaborate with project managers.
Compliance & Best Practices Ensure legal & industry standards are met.
What You Need:
Pre & Post Contract Expertise Strong track record in contract administration & cost control.
8 Years in Quantity Surveying Preferably with regional experience.
Degree in QS/Construction Management Or a related field.
APAC F&B Project Experience Thats a plus!
Analytical & DetailOriented Strong with numbers & complex financial data.
