Class 1 M&E Builder
Specialized in Electrical system HVAC (Heat ventilation air conditioning) fire protection
Job scope:
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project costing for tender submissions.
- Analyze tender documents to understand the scope of work pricing schedules and material requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary details for accurate tender preparation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Works or equivalent qualification.
- 2 years of experience in project tendering.
- Added advantage:Experience with tendering for project sizes >$10 million.
