Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget meeting dateline/schedule safety and quality standards in compliance with clients contract. Providing service at the clients site according to the Purchase Order
Tasks:
Technical Ensure projects are delivered within budget meeting dateline/schedule safety and quality standards in compliance with clients contract provide services including but not limited to technical advice system monitoring and maintenance troubleshooting piping & repairing job Participate in the kick off meeting and work on the approved budget & proposal. Monitor all project activities understand technical specifications and validate all technical decisions; ensure compliance with the safety guidelines report noncompliance coordinate works at site and meet delivery timelines. Draw up a processcommissioning schedule in agreement with the project schedule Prepare necessary documentation and perform the FAT SAT commissioning performance trials and validations; review all the CAD drawings from the E&IC vendor to ensure E&IC systems and equipment used in design are safe reliable costeffective and conform to clients specifications all applicable electrical codes and engineering standards Maintain good rapport and close relationships with clients consultants contractors and government authorities etc to ensure smooth and efficient implementation to project liaise with procurement and logistic on equipment subcontractor arrangement; participate in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers Being oncall 24/7 to respond to emergency cases
Management Provide regular project progress reports/updates to customers internal departments and commercial reports to management. Prepare training manuals and train operators as and when required.
Safety Raise safety awareness at the site and ensure a safe working environment Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities Risk Assessment for Jobs or projects assigned
Quality Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities
Qualifications :
University Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil Environmental Chemical Electrical Mechanical)
Additional Information :
Fresh graduates accepted with 0 3 year(s) of experience in the water treatment industry
Technical ability to prepare reports or necessary documents with minimal supervision (Level 3 Competent)
Able to troubleshoot system independently (Level 2 Advanced Beginner)
Knowledge in piping (Level 2 Advanced Beginner)
Technically sound (Level 2 Advanced Beginner
