Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance testing fulllink pressure testing fault drill exercises and develop a comprehensive set of fault scenarios to ensure system stability.
- Drive the achievement of business stability metrics including SLA and MTTR.
- Continuously refine testing methodologies tools and platforms based on test outcomes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in performance testing or stability assurance.
- Familiarity with software development and system architecture understanding common architectural vulnerabilities and governance methods.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java Go or Python.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to proactively identify business risks and develop testing or drill scenarios.
- Experience in optimizing testing methods and improving testing tools and platforms based on execution results.
- Prior involvement in largescale business stability assurance projects is preferred.
- Bilingual inEnglish and Chinese will be highly advantageous.
