Job Description
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading product strategy with a focus on our key products working with our worldclass Product and Technology teams spanning Australia Germany Croatia India and the USA.
Reporting to the Product leader you will be part of the India Product Team who work closely with the Technology & Product and other key stakeholders. Our team innovates quickly and works closely with our commercial partners and customers in a very agile highenergy environment. This is an opportunity to work in a close capacity with a highly talented team of product managers software engineers business analysts data engineers and program managers to drive forward simple and brilliant customer experiences in close partnership with customers.

What you will do
- Champion customer experience ensuring a customercentric approach in all product development stages.
- Support ideation vision strategy and roadmap for marketing initiatives and projects.
- Drive product initiatives and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Define feature specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver on the roadmap.
- Gather feedback manage dependencies and mitigate risks with internal and external partners.
- Moderate business activities within the team to ensure the success of initiatives.
- Ensure customer success by working with key stakeholders and tracking usage and business metrics.
- Maintain relationships with senior product managers external suppliers and engineering teams.
Experience in managing in native apps is a plus
Qualifications :
- Experienced Product Manager with a track record of delivering excellent digital experiences.
- Skilled in product strategy architecture crossteam collaboration and client engagement.
- Holds an engineering or MBA degree with experience in product management requirement analysis product marketing and planning.
- Experienced with Customer Service Management and Enterprise tools.
- Proficient in customer research competitive analysis product requirements and messaging.
- Strong negotiation people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written verbal and presentation) with attention to detail.
- Skilled in creating presentations wireframes and prototypes.
- Datadriven with the ability to analyze key KPIs and present insights.
- Proven ability to work with international crossfunctional teams in a dynamic industry.
- Strong analytical modeling and writing skills with an understanding of product development processes especially in an agile environment.
- Ability to balance detailoriented work with highlevel aggregation and presentation.
