Job Description
Job Summary:
- Manage endtoend delivery of IoT AI video surveillance and network equipment projects ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project planning budgeting vendor coordination and risk management to ensure ontime onbudget delivery.
- Coordinate with teams vendors and customers to ensure clear communication and resolve escalations during implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Deployment Oversight
- Lead planning scope and timelines ensuring onschedule deployments.
- Align specialists vendors and internal teams monitoring progress and managing risks.
- Oversee hardware delivery configuration and onsite activities ensuring quality and compliance.
- Supervise installation teams manage project budgets and travel onsite for installations testing and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors for seamless integration and timely execution.
- Resolve conflicts with vendors and stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Negotiate with external partners and suppliers to secure favorable terms and avoid delays.
- Manage procurement of hardware and installer services ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
Customer Interaction
- Engage with customers during the implementation phase for feedback and to address escalations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Oversee training for internal teams or customers to ensure proper knowledge transfer of deployed systems.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation is provided for all systems and project details.
Testing & SignOff
- Manage quality testing to ensure project meets performance expectations; and UAT to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain signoff on deliverables.
- Address any issues identified during testing ensuring resolution before final delivery.
PostDeployment
- Conduct postmortem analyses of completed projects to review the project delivery and identify areas for improvement.
Project Handover
- Ensure smooth handover to support teams providing necessary documentation and postinstallation support.
- Maintain project documentation for future reference and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering IT or related field.
- 47 years of experience managing technical projects.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with a focus on hardware and onsite installations.
- Proven ability in coordinating largescale hardware and networkbased projects.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers vendors and internal teams.
- Strong problemsolving and risk management abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to manage budgets timelines and resources effectively ensuring projects stay within scope and financial constraints.
- Strong vendor management documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
