Get to Know the Role

As the Strategic Partnership Lead for Grab Malaysia reporting to the Head of Financial Services and Partnership you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies for our overall portfolio through business development and partnerships. You will:

  • Define Key Segments: Identify and target key market segments driving projects and deals from commercial negotiation to closure project management and .
  • Maintain Key Relationships: Foster and maintain seniorlevel relationships with large corporate institutions.
  • Drive Growth: Create and nurture new partnerships as well as optimize existing ones to accelerate growth for Grab Malaysia.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with multiple internal regional and local teams across business product operations and engineering.
  • Support Business Development Initiatives: Ensure initiatives align with and meet the companys objectives.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will define opportunities and strategies to form OneGrab strategic partnerships with leading local and regional partners in Malaysia.
  • You will develop maintain and leverage senior relationships across Malaysia.
  • You will execute Grabs strategic partnership priorities collaborating across Grabs Mobility Deliveries Fintech and B2B enterprise teams.
  • You will engage and communicate with prospects and partners to develop a compelling Grab value proposition tailored to their needs.
  • You will identify and create new leads improving user driver and partner experiences while driving revenue.
  • You will lead partnership initiatives ensuring timely and targeted .
  • You will deliver regular business reviews to Grab management outlining progress challenges and strategies for increasing impact.
  • You will support a highperforming team culture.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development strategic partnerships or similar roles.
  • You have proven experience working with large corporate and government organizations.
  • You have the ability to blend business strategy finance and legal concepts to lead complex multifaceted deals.
  • You have experience establishing and maintaining Senior Management/Clevel relationships.
  • You have a strong track record in project management and stakeholder management.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to shape clear messages and initiatives.
  • You have proficiency with tools such as Google Suite and PowerPoint.
