Job Description
Position: Property Management/Customer Success
Working Hours: PST
Salary Range: $1000 $1500 USD monthly
BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY
The client is an earlystage startup so the core responsibilities for this role will change meaningfully over time. The goal of the company is to help customers manage their homes. As we ramp up this concierge team member may also be able to support with internal tasks similar to typical EA responsibilities.

Looking to hire a founding Concierge Team member for this cool Startup a property management service that helps members fix maintain and improve their homes. Looking for someone who can work both customerfacing and vendorfacing. If you want to work in a cool startup with possibilities to grow this opportunity is for you.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling inbound chat requests from members
- Categorizing tasks
- Placing orders for inventory/replacement parts
- Helping build systems and implement processes.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written communication skills
- Problemsolving skills organization
- follow through on tasks and responsibilities
- A background in property management / real estate is helpful
