Join us as a Sr. Industrial Sales Representative (B2B)! Youll collaborate with our Sales team CEO and partners to identify business needs create tailored sales strategies and help us hit our goal of 66 new MW of solar by June 2025. Your Responsibilities:
As Sr. Industrial Sales Representative (B2B) youll lead strategic partnership initiatives ensuring sales goals are met through relationship management collaboration and datadriven decisions. Youll be a resultsfocused leader with expertise in business development partnerships and consultative negotiations driving scalable growth aligned with Brights longterm vision. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain valuable partnerships that align with Brights goals for mutual success.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Exceed sales goals by optimizing partner performance analyzing data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Leading Negotiations: Manage negotiations with senior decisionmakers showcasing Brights value and closing deals with impactful outcomes.
- Supporting Partners Through the Sales Process: Guide partners from engagement to postsales support ensuring smooth collaboration and results.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business goals and improve operational efficiency.
