Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for containers and modular structures.
- Conduct outbound prospecting (40%) inbound inquiry conversion (30%) and account development.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and site visits.
- Prepare accurate price quotes and negotiate terms of sales agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking performance and managing customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma GED or relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of outbound prospecting experience or equivalent at WSMM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 10%20% for customer field visits
