- Monitoring responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the Helpdesk
- Managing requests delivery first in first out based on priority and ensuring client s SLA s are continuously exceeded
- Updating the status of the requests using Ticketing system Software
- Coordinate and dispatch engineers to site.
- Assisting the SDM Project Coordinator Team lead to achieve customer satisfactions
Requirements
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Must have 1 2 years experience in IT Service Desk
- Must be willing to work night shift or shifting
- Knowledge on WAN and SDWAN is an must
- Basic understanding of VPN
- Has hands on experience in SNOW Manage Engine etc.
- Have a strong technical knowledge
