EMPLOYMENT MISSION
As part of the activities of Client's payment services he participates in the technical operation of RUN IT Electronic Payment resources the recommendation and implementation of methodological and technical solutions to optimize and guarantee the smooth running of RUN IT operations; and this while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.
PURPOSES OF EMPLOYMENT
Participate in the definition of RUN IT procedures in order to ensure service performance
Participate in the study and analysis of needs in terms of electronic payment operating platform
Participate in the analysis of usability constraints
Participate in the industrialization of RUN IT production and the implementation of the business recovery plan (PRA)
Participate in the definition and implementation of RUN IT procedures
Participate in the writing of patch qualification and testing procedures
Participate in customer support in order to meet availability and reliability commitments
Participate in handling and processing of requests and incidents related to RUN IT
Participate in the definition of production prerequisites
Participate in the relationship management between customers and publishers/service providers
Participate in the production of activity reports
Participate in the development of maintenance action plans (eg PAM etc.)
Participate in the definition of servicing tasks: alarms scheduling backups and planning processings (Batch)
Participate in user support in order to guarantee the processing of reported anomalies
Participate in technical support for users (2nd and 3rd levels)
Participate in intervention under deadline constraints during operating incidents (eg analysis diagnosis and resolution)
Participate in anticipating user needs and system developments
Participate in technical documentation
Participate in monitoring operating incidents analyzing the causes and taking associated corrective measures
Ensure shift work or onwall duty
