Job Description
Responsible for managing and optimizing Regional IT infrastructure ensuring system availability and supporting regional IT operations. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting systems implementing best practices for IT service management and leading incident response efforts. The candidate should have strong experience with cloud technologies networking and automation tools to enhance IT efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications such as ITIL AWS/Azure CCNA are highly preferred.
- 8 years of experience in IT operations system administration or cloud infrastructure management.
- Handson experience with Windows/Linux servers networking and cloud platforms.
