Why This Role As a Quality Engineering Manager you will lead the development of quality controls risk mitigations and FMEAs while managing a team of quality engineers. Your work will be essential to ensuring operational excellence from the commissioning of manufacturing equipment to daytoday quality operations. What You ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of quality engineers focused on functional processes and QMS areas.
Oversee daily activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and team productivity.
Develop and implement training programs for your team providing feedback and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with management to ensure effective project and program execution.
Develop FMEAs and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Support crossfunctional teams through key development and deployment milestones.
Drive the development of the QMS including policies procedures processes and documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to identify root causes and implement solutions for yield improvement.
Lead and support audits ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
At least 10 years of handson experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years in a management role.
Indepth knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14000 and IATF 16949 standards.
Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like line balancing and timing charts.
Proven experience with audits and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills interpersonal abilities and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across all levels of management and disciplines.
Formal problemsolving experience with complex issues.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
