Requirements

  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of handson experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years in a management role.

  • Indepth knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14000 and IATF 16949 standards.

  • Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like line balancing and timing charts.

  • Proven experience with audits and compliance requirements in regulated industries.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills interpersonal abilities and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across all levels of management and disciplines.

  • Formal problemsolving experience with complex issues.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
