Job Description

Role Description

This is a fulltime remote role for a Head of People at a growing US based company. The individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of hiring onboarding training payroll performance management PTO and more. The company is a fast growing Real Estate Services Firm with 50 employees based in Houston Texas but with a fully remote staff.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of handson experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with Gusto Deel Veem and other Payroll platforms
  • Past leadership role in a $10 million revenue company
  • Excellent communicator in oral and written English
  • Great team player and strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fluid fastpaced and resultsoriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decisionmaking across all levels of the organization
  • Curious independent rigorous and proactive
  • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or associated studies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hiring Recruiting Performance Management Experience
  • Position at 50 person company

Compensation

$3000 $6000 per month paid in USD depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daytoday human resources function
  • Report to CEO COO and board of directors to carry out company initiatives
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
