As the Head of People (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our People strategy fostering a culture that attracts and nurtures top talent and driving performance excellence across the organization. You will lead a dynamic People team guiding them to support our ambitious growth plans while ensuring the development and wellbeing of our employees.

Your role in a team:

  • Lead the People Department setting the strategic direction identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the strategy is executed effectively.
  • Lead mentor and support the professional growth of the People team enhancing team performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee hiring talent strengthen our company culture and ensure the development of employees to align with organizational goals.
  • Take ownership of relevant business KPIs continuously question how we can improve and drive initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment efficient communication and fast execution of peoplerelated projects.
  • Manage employee relations performance management and conflict resolution processes to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations maintaining the highest standards of HR practices.

Requirements

Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in People & HR including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role such as Head of People.
  • Proven success in building scalable People operations leading teams and driving organizationwide initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations particularly in a startup or scaleup environment with experience growing to over 300 FTEs.

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
  • Experience in managing employee relations performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition and people operations within a fastgrowing company.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with diverse teams and ensure alignment across the business.
