We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager India Middle East to oversee marketing activities in India and Middle East territories. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving brand awareness lead generation and market penetration for Shijis core products: Shiji PMS POS and other Shiji solutions.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the India and Middle East market aligning with global marketing objectives and local market needs.
- Identify market trends customer insights and competitive landscape to tailor strategies that resonate with regional audiences.
- Craft compelling value propositions and key messaging for Shiji PMS POS and ReviewPro.
- Work closely with product teams to create and localize marketing materials including brochures case studies videos and presentations.
- Work closely with the sales team to review the leads quality status and ensure they are equipped with the latest product information and marketing assets
- Collaborate with global marketing team to plan and execute multichannel campaigns (email social media SEO SEM) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Regularly review regional ABM campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing ensuring high ROI.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and share best practices.
- Work with external agencies media partners and local influencers to amplify Shijis presence in the region.
- Coordinate Shijis participation in industry events trade shows and conferences within the India and Middle East regions.
- Organize webinars customer workshops and partner events to engage prospects and existing customers.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in marketing preferably in the hospitality technology or SaaS industry.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the India and Middle East markets including cultural nuances and business practices.
- Excellent business communication skills in English. Additional language is a plus.
- Proven expertise in product marketing digital campaigns and event management.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms email marketing software and analytics tools (e.g. Zoho CRM Salesforce Google Analytics).
- Creative thinker with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to travel when required
