We are looking for Non IT Recruiter who has done extensive hiring for Broking and financial clients. Someone who has a knack of having good hold in understanding the clients requirement. Understand the Broking industries termanologies. Who can have lengthy conversation with the candidates. Knows how to bulid good rappo with the candidates and be a good advisor to the candidates.
We are not looking for hard worker but someone who has that extra smartness to deliver results. Even though its work from home job. This is a serious job and would need dedication.
If you are looking for WFH job just to earn easy money. I must tell you this. Its not easy at all. Unless you have a great passion into recruiting you will not succeed here. After all serving a client means a lot to understand and to do things right on daily basis. Each day is like a war just like to Gladiators fight in the pit to survive.
