Job Description
Sales Manager Position in Fiji
We are thrilled to present an outstanding employment opportunity in Fiji an enchanting island nation in the South Pacific Ocean. This role offers the chance to work internationally and engage with diverse cultures.
- Contract Duration: 3 years
- Salary: Rs 100000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Timing: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Age Range: 30 to 40 years old
- Accommodation: Provided by employer
- Food: Self by candidate
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Lead and oversee the sales team setting sales objectives and monitoring performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce regular sales reports for management evaluation.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
- Identify target audience and market trends.
- Supervise the development of brand strategies to enhance market presence.
- Create and oversee content for advertising social media and promotional materials.
- Monitor and manage project expenditures within approved budgets.
- Passport Mandatory
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years

- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Indepth understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
Benefits
3 years Contract if performance good renewed for another 3 years.
Incase contract is renewed then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (IndiaFijiIndia) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
