* Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of DMIT and counselling services. including how it works its benefits for personal and professional development and how it relates to counselling srvices.
* Qualify leads and set up appointments for followup or counseling essions.
* Close sales over the phone and follow up on leads to ensure high converson rates.
* Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions sales and followups in the RM system.
* Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly saes targets.
* Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers to encourage repat business.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support during and after the ales process.
* Handle customer objections professionally and work toward resolving isues promptly.
* Contact businesses or private individuals for collaborations. Use Linkedin and other B2B Platforms to generate leads
