Work Schedule: Midafternoon shifts however is work based it can be rotational
Requirements:
- Market Research and Analytics centered/focused (Preferrably experience with BPO but still endorse candidates whose experience is nonBPO so we can let the hiring team review)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management Commerce Marketing Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience of 2 years in dealing with local/offshore clients required
- Experience in sales and client management within a call center preferred
- Preferably 14 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing new business opportunities for the company as well as penetrating competitors stronghold accounts.
- Manages the sales process from the initial point of contact (lead generation) to presentations proposal preparation.
- Oversees/coordinates production of projects from turnover to the call center management team until preparation of final report.
- Responsible to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies and plans for different industries in the market.
- Recommends/proposes to clients possible solutions/strategies on improving customer relationship from pre to post sales i.e. acquisition customer care retention/recovery and loyalty marketing programs.
- Ensure customer retention recovery and profitability.
