Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming emails regarding businesses and companies being evaluated by the Customer
- Maintain and update business/company profiles in the data management system
- Organize files and communications within the file storage and data management systems
- Migrate existing and archived communications into appropriate data and file management systems
- Monitor and track campaigns to align with marketing and sales objectives
- Provide CRM support including tasks related to HubSpot and Salesforce
- Contribute to HubSpot modeling and assist with marketing strategies
- Support marketing operations including analysis of opportunities and related activities
- Prepare and send daily reports to the designated Customer point of contact
- Carry out additional administrative tasks aligned with the required skills and qualifications of this SOW as agreed upon by InfinitO and the Customer.
