This is a remote position.

Role Name: Social Media & Administrative Virtual Assistant

Schedule:

  • Parttime (2035 hours per week MondayFriday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM)

Job Description

We re seeking a talented Social Media Assistant to join our client s growing team in the exciting hospitality and travel sector. This role combines social media management ecommerce and administrative support for a forwardthinking shortterm rental business. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the company s digital growth while managing daytoday operations. Responsibilities

  • Drive social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn)
  • Manage and optimize Facebook Marketplace listings to generate sales
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content that showcases properties and experiences
  • Update and maintain website content to ensure accurate and current information
  • Handle email communications and manage scheduling responsibilities
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems for improved efficiency


Requirements

  • Proven experience with social media management and content creation
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Marketplace and ecommerce platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Available during US business hours
