Job Description

Position Type: FullTime Employee Contract (Remote)
Compensation: $8 $10/hour (Base Salary) Commission Biweekly payments
Location: South America Macedonia
Working Hours: 10:00 AM EST 7:00 PM EST (40 hours/week 8 hours/day)
Experience Level: MidLevel (13 years)

About the Role
Join our clients company a leader in making land ownership accessible and affordable across the U.S. as an Acquisition Closer. This role offers high earning potential growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment. Youll work directly with motivated sellers negotiate deals and close successful property acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiation & Closing Deals
    • Work directly with motivated sellers to negotiate property acquisitions.
    • Guide sellers through the sales process and close transactions efficiently.
  2. Pipeline Management
    • Maintain and track a pipeline of leads ensuring timely communication and followups.
  3. Property Assessment
    • Evaluate potential acquisitions by analyzing market trends zoning laws and property assessments.
  4. Team Collaboration
    • Coordinate with the sales and acquisitions teams to meet and exceed targets.
  5. Document Management
    • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for each transaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • 13 years in sales real estate acquisitions or a similar closing role.
    • Proven track record of closing highticket deals.
  2. Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
    • Problemsolving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
    • Selfmotivation and goaloriented mindset.
  3. Technical Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of real estate investment particularly in land acquisitions is a major plus.
    • Familiarity with title and escrow processes is advantageous.
  4. Language Skills:
    • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Knowledge of market trends zoning laws and property assessments.
  • Background in highticket sales or finance to enhance deal structuring strategies.
