Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Work directly with motivated sellers to negotiate property acquisitions.
- Guide sellers through the sales process and close transactions efficiently.
- Pipeline Management
- Maintain and track a pipeline of leads ensuring timely communication and followups.
- Property Assessment
- Evaluate potential acquisitions by analyzing market trends zoning laws and property assessments.
- Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the sales and acquisitions teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Document Management
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for each transaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 13 years in sales real estate acquisitions or a similar closing role.
- Proven track record of closing highticket deals.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Problemsolving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Selfmotivation and goaloriented mindset.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of real estate investment particularly in land acquisitions is a major plus.
- Familiarity with title and escrow processes is advantageous.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Knowledge of market trends zoning laws and property assessments.
- Background in highticket sales or finance to enhance deal structuring strategies.
