We are seeking experienced recruiters to help shape the future of talent at Atlantic Talent Services. In this role you will gain valuable experience in talent acquisition and human resources while contributing to our highperforming crossborder team. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team throughout the full talent attraction and acquisition lifecycle. As part of our team you will work alongside dedicated professionals committed to attracting sourcing and recruiting diverse highly qualified candidates for the IDB Group. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct HR screenings initiate online assessments coordinate interview panels and evaluate candidates qualifications.
Candidate Management: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process providing timely updates.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with institutional policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in human resources business public relations communications psychology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in human resources or related areas with demonstrated project management skills and process enhancement agility.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
Contract Details
Type of Contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PEC) Retainer.
Duration: 2 months.
Work Location: Remote.
